An AI chat app built around a subscription model, covering the chat experience, plan comparison, and upgrade flow.
Challenges
Paywalls usually interrupt people before they have seen any value, and the plan comparison screen is where most users drop off entirely.
Solutions
Free usage comes first and the upgrade prompt appears at a natural limit rather than on launch. The plan screen compares only what actually differs between tiers, so the decision takes seconds.
